I cannot search.....what is the problem?

why anytime I search, my username replaced by others....and it said that I am not allowed to go further........any suggestion?
just LOGOUT several times then you will return to your own Signing ID
logout again
and close the window
again come to CIVILEA then login, then it will be working fine
same thing goes for me yesterday but it is ok till now
i think there is some problem which shoul be properly fixed....
