Dear hessi,
there are two standardized methods for determination of consistence of fresh mortar - by flow table and by plunger penetration.
Maybe yoy mean the first method - by flow table. The relevant standard connected to this test is EN 1015-3:1999/A1:2004 "Methods of test for mortar for masonry - Part 3: Determination of consistence of fresh mortar (by flow table)".
