You can download pdf version from the following link and it contains 5118 pages. After extracting its capacity should be 137 MB. But I didn’t go through all of the pages available as it has over 5000 pages. However as my observation the pdf is ok.

Please note that you have to download all five parts and keep them in a same folder before extracting. Downloading just one file (only about 20 MB) will not work. As i used short link it can't be seen part1, part2,.. at the end of above 5 file. That is why i note it here.

But if you want to get print out, normal Acrobat or Adobe reader may not be useful as it just display pages but not Menu bar, Tool bar and other things. But using Foxit Reader you can get print out easily.

Here is the link for Foxit reader. However for on screen reading i prefer Adobe reader.
