AISC 3rd edition or 13th edition?
The only reason to use 3rd edition will be to retrofit a 40 year old building, it is a code from the 1970's in ASD instead of LRFD.
Please verify.

Been trying to find it, but I have not been able to find it. I've got a hard copy of it which I may attempt to scan for you if you are looking for an individual section. Most sections resemble the 13th edition for the most part, some sections have been switched around, but they are still the same.
What you are looking is better referred to as AISC LRFD 3rd edition, a.k.a. AISC 12th edition.
Please PM me if you know the section you are looking for so that I can scan it for you, unless you found the equivalent one in the link Mr. Robertsas provided for you above.
