Row & Column Highlighter for Excell "add-in"

Here is small freeware add-in macro for Excell.
The main purpose is to keep selected rows and columns when excel is not focused.

and did little changes adding the "Color Method" option.

If you like you can also modify the vba code.
Tested with Excel 2007 & 2010.
