As the ADMIN puts it "Due To High Server Load, We Don`t Accept Any New User."

My Unsolicited suggestion!....

1. Reserve 10% server load for moderators and above
2. Temporarily cancel all other member access (exceptions VIP and above) at X% server load
3. Stop Log-on privileges at X% server load
4. "Trial user", if the applicant does not live-up to the expectations of moderators and above
cancel membership or have a limited access to the forum.

Writing the CODE could be a nightmare, i should now!.

these rules is complex to define.
but in future we`ll restrict user to access some features of forum, this restriction is based on activity. but we temporary improve server to solve problems.
