Very Very Sorry If I am writing in the wrong section, as I am new userm please forgive me.

I am PG student in Structural Engineering in India, I am currently engaged in the preparation of my final-year dissertation, regarding the applications of IS 1893 Part 4 : 2005 & the seismic behavior & aseismic design of tall reinforced concrete chimneys.

All please note that I am stuck with the unavailability of some of the technical literature.

Hi triance, I have already got these ones & currently referring them; which has got good examples solved & theory in chp#5 of vol2; the reason being I am pushing you all is - I am unable to get the exact reference of equivalent dynamic stiffness of piles & raft puposed by Novak & Richart respectively that are also quoted in IS 1893 4 2005.
Please anyone who has that work of Novak 1974 & Richart or Wolf on the substructure method (i.e., replacing the foundation by equivalent springs & dashpots that have practical importance also) ; would be very helpful to me as the deadline is approaching for me for my dissertation/

the problem is that the new IS includes the equivalent spring constants in vice of raft and piled-raft and after a lot of literature survery and scrutinizing and searching I found that those may have been adopted from the following listed papers:

Hi everybody!

it might seem i am pushing hard on this forum, for this question, but i am unable to get hold of any resource pertaining to below question which has kept my progress on dead stop
[ the question:-
in simplified seismic analysis of aci 307 1988, i want the formula for shear force; that are there any multipliers (like moments) to get the shear at various sections from the lateral force ? or its simple statics like aci 307 1979]


please help me out anybody who has a hold of aci 307 1988 or any reference to carry on
