RE: Bridge T-Beam (concrete) in Sap2000 - Zlikovac - 06-12-2010

Use option "Lane edge tip" when you defined lane with exterior, not interior edge. This option "move" vehicle in transversal direction, laest by 3 time, extremly left, right and mid, according with your "across lane" step in lane definition.
Helpfull?

RE: Bridge T-Beam (concrete) in Sap2000 - bhowmik - 06-13-2010

How to model Parapet / Railing and sidewalk at Bridge Deck using bridge modeler? Probably SAP 2000 doesn't keep provision for these elements.

RE: Bridge T-Beam (concrete) in Sap2000 - Zlikovac - 06-13-2010

For vehicle tranversal moving "border", use combination, Lane exterior edge in vehicle menu and define left and right curb in deck section manu. All additional load is add Area uniform load on basic DEAD load. Of course, use multi lane, for sidewalk and for vehicle. Depend of Codes which you use.
