i was trying to run etabs2016 and with this tool finally worked, i run as 31 december 2016 and works perfectly

I can test SAP2000 v18.2.0 x64 onto Win7x64 and work it, but not Win8x64. Why?

Only because for the fourth time you post in wrong section. This section is CSI products and not CSI Problems. Hard to remeber for you so a new warning. If you have a link or need a new link this is the place. Opening a discution about your problems with maybe many users posting answers will fill it with not useful posts.
