Website or tool for EQ records! - AG.NAYEL - 03-10-2013 Hi, I want a guide for an website or any tool that can povide me with the record data of any or the most famous earthquakes, I want the record itself (i.e the time and ground acceleration values) not the accelerograph. thanks RE: Website or tool for EQ records! - arshiakh - 03-10-2013 Dear AG.NAYEL You can use following link: Code: *************************************** It includes a larger set of records, more extensive meta-data and some corrections to information on this site. At this time, the new site contains only acceleration time history files. The PEER Strong Motion Database contains 1557 records from 143 earthquakes from tectonically active regions, processed by Dr. Walt Silva of Pacific Engineering using publicly available data from Federal, State, and private providers of strong motion data.
