Dear KOSTIKU,

I think, I should write in this regard, although Shofiul Alam wrote before me (but he mention only pages 37-38 in request of 37-40 pages). It seems its not complete answer and thats why what I found, must inform.

Open your file with PDF, go to the 427 page (in PDF software show the page and use that page.....okay), its 37 no. page, 428 page will give you 38 no. page, 425 will give 39 no. page and finally 426 will give you 40 no. page.

I hope you will understand after going through this info. Enjoy with your study!!!

Dear friends,

I have fixed the misplaced pages of this PDF and now it's "almost" ok.

There are still a few pages missing between 7 and 16.
There is also a page (247) that could be better scanned.

If someone has access to this book and can send me pages 8 to 15 and page 247, I will insert them in the fixed PDF and upload it so we can have the complete fixed book!
