Dwf to executable file - yucapareja - 08-25-2012

Hi,

Anyone know a way to transfor dwf files (autodesk review files) to any executable file?

The question is because I am using 3d models (autocad, revit, etc) and I wanna export to a file the any person can watch it with out any software, normaly the clients dont have this software.

How can help.

Your clients can download free Autodesk Design Review

Accelerate your design reviews on your desktop with Autodesk® Design Review software. It’s the free*, all-digital way to view, mark up, print, and track changes to Autodesk 2D and 3D files—without the original design software. Work with a wide variety of file formats, including DWF™ and DWFx, DWG™ and DXF™ (requires installation of free DWG TrueView™ software) and Adobe PDF, as well as several image file types including .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .pcx, .pct, .png, .rlc, .tga, .tif, .mil, .cal, and more.

hi

save the dwg/dwf drawing in DWFx format using Autocad or Autodesk Design Review and your clients can open the dwfx drawing with internet explorer. ( tested on ie9) but if they work in Vista or win7 it can be also opened with xps viewer that cames with the instalation.
DWFx format was developed by Autodesk and Micosoft
