I need to know what are the consultation fees for an architect and a structural engineer in Algeria and Morocco (% of total cost).
What is the price of construction/structure (€/m2)???

To make clear the title of the thread, as far as I know the Maghreb stands for The Arab Maghreb Union (AMU) trade agreement, i.e. union of Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia.
