An excel spreadsheet written to analyze and design concrete one cell box culverts.
I have written this spreadsheet for a project which contains design of some culverts. I have uploaded it to let all of you civileans comment on that in order to make it more complete.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Ali Akbar

RE: Box Culvert Design Spreadsheet - gulilero - 07-01-2012

Ali Akbar,
Nice looking sheet.
By just looking at your first page a few things come to my mind, these are:
1. use a different concrete cover for the interior face.
2. consider shrinkage in your design.
3. consider the possiblity that earth is removed from the top.
4. consider box distorsion due to seismic loads.
