You have to export a storey into SAFE format and then analyze, design and then use detailer built into CSI SAFE.
Can you explain the abbreviations
I think
BF=Bottom Face
BE=?
TF=Top Face
TE=?
T=?
TC=?

RE: what does BF, BE and TF, TE mean in CSI detailer - Dell_Brett - 07-27-2010

BF=Bottom Face
BE=Bottom END (on edge)
TF=Top Face
TE=Top END (on edge)
T=Top (only - generically on top)
TC=Top Centre

Ok it makes sense for beam but if you look at the slab detailing in top picture then how do i interpret it i.e. Bottom edge does not make sense

I believe,

BF=Bottom Face
BE=Bottom extra
TF=Top Face
TE=Top extra
TC=Top continious

Jaks.
