what's the differences between adaptive pushover procedure and pushover procedure

Thee adaptive pushover takes into account the changes in modal shape during analysis. So in adaptive pushover you start with a linear distribution of forces (triangular distribution) and you finish with a rigid body force distribution (uniform distribution).
