NEW WARNING LEVELS:
If any user reached to 50% warning = new posts not published & must be moderated by moderators
If any user reached to 75% warning = Suspend posting privileges for 3 Days
If any user reached to 100% warning = Move to banned group for 10 Days
Warning Types:
Duplicate Post= -10% point Valid For 1 Week
Post In Wrong Section= -10% point Valid For 1 Week
Don`t Use Thanks button= -20% Points Valid For 1 Week
Don`t Follow Rules= -20% Points Valid For 1 Week
Insulting Posts= -30% Points Valid For 1 Month
Publish our exclusive files in other place= -40% Points Valid For 1 Month
SPAM= -50% Points Valid For 3 Month

We do some important change to forum,
first we divided books & software section.
now Books & software have own section with sub-forums.
we add video section too, in this section you can put your tutorial or usefull video files related to civil engineering.
& we added some plug-in to our forum that you find it soon,
we are waiting for your suggestion.put it in suggestion section

you can select your country in your user CP.
then your flag`s country will be shown in your post.
some other changed done yesterday & today on forum to improve it.

Hi
after more than 48hrs, we open forum again. we done some major change in forum, i tell you some of them & you can find others yourself.
1- we add profile comment, you can add comment in user`s profile that other users can see it.
2- you can`t attach any file in your post, unless pictures.
3- any large picture now resizing automatically to save our format.
4- you can add other user as your buddy.
5- you can see our forum age in days ....
6- any reported post (by user) will be save in a topic that we decided how warn it ...
7- ...
and more important change is closing registration. be careful...
we will have some major change soon, we open forum temporary & it will be close for other change.
