I'm posting this software, even it isn't a structural one, but, like AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite it's represents the truthful tendency of BIM projects. In addition, Gehry Technologies DP represents the "state of art" in software quality. Extremely useful for Architecture and Structures Building Modeling.

Gehry Technologies provides building information modeling technologies and services for construction project planning, analysis and optimization. They have experience providing digitally guided construction practices to a broad spectrum of professional organizations and project typologies, from commercial and institutional building projects to large scale infrastructure works.
This is the latest release of Digital Project TM V1,R4. This new release of Digital Project includes over 200 new and improved features including the full release of the Architecture and Structures Building Information Modeling workbench, automated production of architectural drawings and enhanced IFC interoperability. Digital Project TM V1,R4 includes new add on products Fitting simulation and 2D layout for 3D design; and new functionalities of photo studio, real time rendering and 3D annotations and dimensions all bundled within GT Designer.
