Could you upload it as Excel 2003 version?
I´d to do 2 suggestions:

1- All MSOffice documents, whenever possible, must be posted as 2003 or older version! This will respect all user that still working with older versions;
2- I strongly suggest that everybody download a free Microsoft converter:

They works well, it´s free and everybody can convert any new version of Excell, World, PowerPoint, Access, etc, document.
